|kasher some chicken livers and chop||boil potatoes (and eat the skins!)||sauté chopped onions w/ the liver|
|knead mashed potatoes, eggs, flour...||to form a soft dough||roll thin and cut into squares|
|fold dough over the liver filling and seal||boil in salted water untill the kreplach rise||drain|
